Privacy Policy

The short version. We collect your name, email and password to run your account. Usawi GPU orders and out-of-stock sourcing requests also record the customer's name, email and phone so we can answer them. Everything else you create — business cards, minutes, tasks, contacts, your CV and your job shortlist — stays in your own browser on your own device. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell your data.
1. What we collect
Account details — your name, email address, a password (stored only as a hash, never in readable form), and which applications you selected at sign-up.
Order details — when an order is placed through Usawi GPU we record the customer's name, email address and phone number, the items, and the total, so the order can be confirmed and fulfilled.
Sourcing requests — when a customer asks us to source an out-of-stock card we record the same contact details, the item and quantity requested, the delivery destination and any note they add. No price is agreed at that point; shipping is quoted separately according to the destination.
Technical data — standard server logs kept by our hosting and database providers, which necessarily include your IP address and request time.
2. What stays on your device
The following is stored in your own browser and is not uploaded to us:
- Usawi Biz — contacts, meeting minutes, tasks, team members and activity. If you connect a local folder or cloud drive, that data goes to a location you choose, under your own account with that provider.
- Usawi HR Wiz — your CV and the profile built from it, your job shortlist and application tracker.
- Usawi GPU — your cart.
- Your theme and interface preferences.
3. What leaves your device, and to whom

4. Your CV
Usawi HR Wiz reads your CV inside your browser. Text extraction and skill matching run on your own device. Your CV file and its contents are not uploaded to us or to any job service. Only the role and location you type are sent to the job APIs listed above.
5. Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in, to remember your theme, and to hold the application data described in section 2. Clearing your browser's site data removes all of it — please export anything you need first.
6. How long we keep it
- Account details — while your account is open, and for a short period afterwards where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
- Order and request records — kept for our business records.
- Data on your device — until you clear it. We cannot delete it for you; it is not ours to reach.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are in a region with specific data protection law, you have the rights that law gives you, including objection and portability.
Because most of your working data lives on your own device, you already hold the delete button for it.
8. Security
Passwords are hashed and never stored in readable form. Data in transit is encrypted. Access to order records is restricted to approved administrator accounts. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password here.
9. Children
The service is intended for adults running a business or seeking work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly hold accounts for anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will make it clear in the applications and update the date at the top.
