Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Usawi Apps is operated by Capitech ("we", "us"). Usawi Apps is the family of applications made up of Usawi Biz, Usawi HR Wiz and Usawi GPU, all reached through a single account. These terms are the agreement between you and us for using them.
By creating an account or using any of the applications, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate details when you register, and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.
- One account covers all three applications. You may not share it or resell access to it.
- You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to hold an account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully, or to send messages people have not consented to receive;
- attempt to access data belonging to another user, or to probe or disrupt our infrastructure;
- upload anything you do not have the right to use, including other people's personal data;
- resell, sublicense or white-label the applications without our written agreement.
4. The applications
- Usawi Biz — business cards, meeting minutes, tasks, contacts and team workload. Your records are kept in your own browser and, if you connect one, in a folder on your own device or drive.
- Usawi HR Wiz — reads a CV you choose and matches it against public job listings. Parsing happens on your own device.
- Usawi GPU — an equipment catalogue with an order request facility.
5. Catalogue pricing and orders
Prices and stock in Usawi GPU are indicative, not an offer. They are gathered from third-party marketplace and supplier sources, can be out of date, and will change. Submitting an order is a request to purchase; it is not a concluded contract. We will contact you to confirm availability and the final price before anything is agreed.
Where we do agree a sale, the terms of that sale — including delivery, payment and any warranty — are agreed with you directly and are separate from these terms.
6. Job listings in Usawi HR Wiz
Listings come from third-party job services and link back to the original source. We do not control them, do not verify them, and are not responsible for the roles, employers or their content. Always satisfy yourself about a role before applying.
7. Our content
The Usawi name, logo and the design of the applications belong to us. Your own data — your contacts, minutes, tasks, orders and CV — remains yours. We claim no ownership over it.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. Some functionality depends on third parties (see the Privacy Policy for who they are), and we cannot guarantee their availability.
9. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Because Usawi Biz and Usawi HR Wiz keep your working data in your own browser and devices, you are responsible for your own backups. Keep the export or folder-sync features switched on.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Ending your access
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to by law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will make it clear in the applications. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
12. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of Bahrain have exclusive jurisdiction.
